The laws of India shall govern the Terms of Use and any contractual obligations between Velura and you under the Terms of Use, with the courts in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh having exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising therefrom.

In compliance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, all disputes shall be arbitrated in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh. The arbitration process will only be carried out in English. Both Velura and the disputed user shall be entitled to appoint one (1) arbitrator each, and the two (2) arbitrators so designated will choose the third (3) arbitrator collectively. Reasoned awards that are final, binding on Velura (V M Organics) and the contesting user, and enforceable in any court with competent jurisdiction are what constitute arbitration awards.

All correspondence and notices must be sent in writing, in the English language, and addressed to the following address. Delivery by commercial messenger or courier service, personal delivery, registered or certified mail (return receipt requested), email, and full transmission are all acceptable methods of delivery.
